I am walking in honor and support of my life long friend, Jane Chang. On
a recent trip we took together Jane made a comment in passing. "I will
never forget you." With out thinking I replied, "Promise?" Jane said
"Yes!" I'm walking to help make Jane's promise to me come true.
There is still time to join the Memory Meet Up Group for the walk on Saturday, September 9, 2017. The even starts at Target Field with a presentation and then is followed by the walk. It is an inspiring event to see so many people come together to support those who struggle with this disease, care for someone or are just raising awareness that none of us are immune to the possibility of Alzheimer's disease.
There are free passes to take the train downtown for the event which just as to the fun.
Colleen and I are participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to
End Alzheimer's® because I'm committed to raising awareness and funds
for Alzheimer's care, support, and research. I'm leading the way to
Alzheimer's first survivor — but we need your help!
